Analyzing the situation and producing concrete proposals can help to realize the potential.\nThe work initiated by Lapland Chamber of Commerce and The Presidency of the Euro Arctic Council BEAC explores the bottlenecks of green transition industrial investments and proposes measures to remove them. In addition\, potential synergistic benefits are identified from the industrial operations point of view.
